Two-Day Package

  • Two-night stay at the main Lodge for up to 20 people. This enables you to take your ease in terms of set-up in advance of your event, and for the wedding party or associated friends and family to have a base of operations. 

  • Two-night stay at the farmhouse for up to 13 people (also a great option for the bridal party).

  • Two-night stay at the colonial cabin for up to 7 people.

  • In total, you’ll be able to provide sleeping accommodations for 40 people for the evening of your event. These accommodations can be used as you see fit (bridal party in one building, for instance, groom’s party in another); they come with your package

  • Guest access to the lower event hall, and the full grounds around the Lodge (includes gazebo, patio, 2-acre spring-fed lake, pine grove, three fire pits, tennis court, horseshoe pit, and 500 acres of private property). You’ll be surrounded by a beautiful ecosystem, which is ripe for imaginative events.

  • Manager on hand to direct parking and answer questions (about electricity, set-up, etc). 

  • Round tables to accommodate seating for up to 150 people.

  • Post-event clean-up and trash disposal associated with your lodging.

  • Wood for fires (inside and out).

  • You’re welcome to host a rehearsal dinner for up to 60 people at the Lodge on the evening before your event. 

  • Up to five tents can be pitched on the property during your event (meaning roughly 10 additional guests can stay on-property in tents). The lodge features five bathrooms, including two in the lower event hall.

  • One dog is welcome as long as he is supervised.

  • You will need to acquire event insurance and provide a copy of the policy before your event. See our FAQ sheet for details.

    Note: The Lodge can be rented on the Thursday before your weekend event for an additional cost of $275. The Farmhouse (which has two bathrooms) and the colonial cabin (which has one bathroom) serve as overflow accommodations; we never rent them separately during an event so your group will have total privacy. For ancillaries such as additional dogs, having a bonfire, or accommodating more tents for guests, please inquire about pricing.
